CANCELLATION & RETURN
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (support@akronhealthcare.in) within 24 hours of the product received by the customer.
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products shipped to the customer.
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds if returned, we may re-ship the order incase wrong product/variant has been shipped to the customer.
- Prepaid or COD orders are not eligible for a refund.
- Aquapurashop will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete packaging/ incorrect variant/damaged products) are received by the customer.
- It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.
- You can Email Us at support@akronhealthcare.in within 7 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, Courier Docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by Email.

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
